MOTIVATION

Top 5 Ways to Stay Focused!!!

1) Make working out a part of your daily schedule

You may have to sacrifice an extra ½ hour of sleep or watching television, no matter what it is exercise will NEVER fit perfectly into your life, so you have to make it WORK! Think of it as an important meeting with yourself that you cannot miss.

2) Plan your meals ahead of time

If all of your meals/snacks for the day are ready to go when you wake up, there will not be any time to think twice about what you should or should NOT eat. Create your day in advance by thinking about the way you want it to go and you will create your life intentionally.

3) Set & reset target dates

Having a target date in mind gives you something to look forward to. It gives you a sense of urgency in getting started and sticking with your program.

4) Go Mobile!

With the busy pace of life, it’s hard to always sit down and eat. Skipping meals and/or making bad on the go choices can crash any meal plan. By cutting up your meals and taking them in snack bags you can eat quickly on the run.

5) Use the law of attraction to generate your results.

The mind is mans’ most powerful tool. If you can channel all of your energy into thinking about your goal, you can literally think it into existence. All you have to do is Ask, Believe, and Receive. Asking the Father for what you want is your chance to get clear about what you want. Believing involves acting, speaking, and thinking as though you have already received what you’ve asked for. When you emit the frequency of having received it, the law of attraction moves people, events, and circumstances for you to receive. Receiving involves feeling the way you will feel once your desire has manifested. Anything you can visualize, you can actualize.

For I now know in life that anything that I can visualize, I can actualize it by my belief first in God’s Word that says” I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.” Then I add my dedication, strong and hard work ethics it becomes a reality.

STOP SEEKING EXCUSES OF WHY YOU CAN'T , AND SEARCH FOR REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD!!

I can do all things in Christ that strengthens me! This was me eleven months ago...Stay tuned for the new and improved me ;-)

About Teresa

I am Teresa Rodgers, a full time student and a mother to two beautiful daughters. I am taking this class to help me fulfill the requirements I need for my major. I was scheduled to graduate this May, but because I am missing one class I will not be. I could not enroll in the class because I was leaving Alaska. I am living in Atlanta, Georgia now and trying to get settled has been somewhat painful. Moving to another state while going to school, not good. However, this was something that had to be done immediately for me. I am trying to keep a positive outlook on things and just hope for the best. I am a praying woman and have faith that God is going to calm the roaring sea for me. I am in the beginning of my new beginning since my divorce, and realize that change is always painful, but good and very necessary.

I am a fun, loving, and very caring person, that loves to help others. I love to spend time with my daughters and I also like to play video games, work out, sing, write, read and teach. I use to be a kindergarten teacher and misses it like crazy. I am a licensed financial analyst. I am also a licensed minister. I love challenges and realize completing this semester successfully is definietely going to be one fo me. I am a hopless romantic and caretaker, and want to find someone that can appreciate having someone like that in their life. I often neglect my needs and wants for the sake of others and will be working on correcting that. I am learning that it is better to live and not just exist!!
